WEbcomic Picture Frame:

I built this project in late fall of 2017. This project uses an internet connected Raspberry Pi Zero to download comics from xkcd.com, resize them, put them on a background, convert them to a bitmap and display them on an E-Ink display. The script is written in python and runs every half-hour through cron. Below is a video of the display updating. The flashes are positive and negative charges being passed through the display to ensure that there is no ghosting on the pixels.
